I purchased a house on *** *** *** *** in Carmichael on March 15, My first water bill was $ Second bill was $Third bill was $During all this time the property was vacant and the water usage did not change from the first bill I contacted the water company multiple times about these outrageous water bills and they were of no help to explaining why the bills are so high other then telling that its from high water usage which I keep telling them hasn't changed since the purchase of the property due to no one living thereThere second explanation is that the previous owner had almost the same bills, which has nothing to do with me since the property isn't occupiedI asked multiple neighbors about their bills and they all said that its around $60-and there are families with multiple people and some with poolsThis makes zero sense to mePlease help me resolve this because I am getting the run around from the water company and don't know who else to tu
