Furnace problem- I had a bad circuit board with obvious parts showing burn marks. He did not replace it. He showed me a picture of a crack in my furnace wall, so it would have to be replaced. His "repairs " lasted less than 24 hours. I contacted another service. They repaired the furnace properly and said there was no crack in the furnace wall. Truaire was just trying to sell me a new furnace.

Thanks for the review. I would like to clarify yes you had a bad board that I showed you. Secondly yes you do have a crack on side of heat exchanger that I also showed you in the pic that I took and told you that the furnace needed replaced. I do not go around and tell my customers there furnace needs replaced when it does not need replaced. I have pics to back my theory up on the crack. Obviously your other furnace guy missed it or did not properly check for the crack. The crack was on far left side about a quarter inch pass the seam that went up several inches if your other mechanic checked the system properly which I guessing he did not check properly. I am sorry you feel I was trying to just sell you a new furnace just because you thought that was what I was trying to do. I do not operate my business that way and I treat all my customers fairly.
