Mr [redacted] is correct in his statements I sent the following email to the address listed on the web page on 1/23/(since I couldn't respond on within the case ID at the time Re: Complaint ID: [redacted] Dear Revdex.com, I am writing in regard to complaint ID [redacted] involving Entrusted Auctions of [redacted] **, filed on January 12, I spoke with Mr [redacted] on Tuesday January 16, in regard to the complaint ID [redacted] Mr [redacted] offered the following solution: · To re-auction the vehicle.· Provide amount from auction sale to me.· Additionally, Entrusted Auctions will reimburse me the difference between the auction sale and the total amount I paid per invoice I think this good faith agreement is reasonable and look forward to completely resolving this issue Sincerely, [redacted] *** cc: [redacted] I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted] ***
Regarding the complaint filed by [redacted] regarding a Jeep Patriot she purchased from our [redacted] Surplus auction, we have an agreement with Mrs [redacted] to re-sell the car and reimburse her for the difference in her purchase price and the new purchase price of the vehicleAs I stated during our phone conversation, [redacted] indicated that the vehicle was in "great condition" and therefore that is how we listed it for the auctionWe had no way of knowing that it need a new transmission Also,for the record, our buyers are afforded the opportunity to inspect and preview the items prior to the auction, and Mrs [redacted] did not do so We are acting in good faith with her to bring this matter to a suitable close.Many thanks.Respectfully, [redacted] *** CAI, CES, AMM Owner/PresidentFarmer Auctions###-###-####
