Review: I initially dealt with a sales representative who was on his way out the door so my dealings were sub-par. The owner offered me 3 new, free consult appointments with him. The owner did change one appointment; I never changed or cancelled any appointments. The second meeting was our last wherein we discussed the design.A refund check was offered and accepted then bounced when deposited 3 days after receipt. I immediately texted the owner about the bounced check telling him that I would not accept a replacement check and wanted either a money order or cash to include the $12 bounced fee I incurred. His written response, "If I were you and had gone through what you have with my company to date, I doubt I would pay to have a project installed. And based on that for us to continue would waste both of our time. Just don't see it being productive." There have been no further meetings.I was happy with the initial design discussed during our second meeting. After the text discussion above, I again texted the owner asking if he was going to give me my design. Having received no answer, I called him a week later. The owner said I would receive the design next week. It has now been 7 weeks since our last communication and I have yet to receive the refund, bank fees, or design. The owner states that I will receive everything time willing.Desired Settlement: Refund $89 for the Angie's List Big Deal; $12 bounced check fee; provide landscape design as promised verbally and in writing.
