I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the proposed resolution is satisfactory to me

In response to the complaint ,we have sent out our original installers to inspect the issue and try to remedy .Unfortunantly they were not successful in fixing the issue.I personally just don't have time to attend to the issue What I am going to do is send out Professional Gutter and Drain and
they have my approval to fix/adjust gutters accordingly .These guys are top notch and highly refered .I have sent the information to them .I will ask them to give you a call soon for scheduling .please allow up to days as they are very busy as well. I do ask that that please don't be blame these guys as they are only fixing the issue for us .Thanks Jeff
