Tru By Hilton St Charles

I checked into the hotel on September 26th and checked out on September 28th. My son made the reservations and paid for the room on his credit card ***. In October, I viewed my credit card statement and it showed I was charged $417.30 twice for a total of $834.60 dated September 29th. There were 2 charges. I was not in town on September 29th. There was no way I could have stayed on the night in question. We stayed in room 306. I have reached out repeatedly. I did speak with *** and she said she was going to check into it. She gave me an email address and a fax number. I emailed and faxed the information regarding the booking number when I stayed there. It shows that it was paid for by my son, *** credit card. I sent another email to see if Stephanie received the information and I have not received any confirmation. Due to their automated answering system, I have yet to get in contact with them nor have they reached out to me.
