Criminals! Charged for a “Factory Sealed” window, was nothing more than two pieces of glass poorly sealed together and cheaply made, yet I was charged full price and told it was a “factory glass manufacture” when they attempted to install the window was not sealed and clearly poorly manufactured. The technician admitted to me his boss broke the original glass product and didn’t want to pay for a replacement and was trying to save money at my expense
