On approximately April 10, I went through the car wash I paid $ The wash malfunctioned and did substantial damage to my car - the entire front bumper and underneath carriage I couldn't get the car wash to start, and once I did, my car felt somewhat off balance I was going to drive out but the wash started That night, I noticed that pieces of the front bumper, left side, were torn from the car I went to speak to Tom T [redacted] in the next few days He denied it but said that he would view the security camera I received a call from him or days later asking me to go to [redacted] noticed damage to the undercarriage of my car as well He wrote up a quote and I dropped it off to Tom T*** I didn't hear anything so I called this morning, April MrT [redacted] was belligerent and said that he refused to pay for the damage He does have insurance It was indicated to me that the car wash could and did, in fact, cause the damage
