I am filing this complaint on Troy University due to a $1342.00 balance they said I owe. The classes wasn't dropped
I registered for Troy University term T2/14 the classes that I was registered for I did not attend or attempt. The classes was supposed to be dropped by the University site President Dr. ***. I had to meet with him about my reasons for wanting to be removed I explained it was personal issues and I wouldn't be able to focus. We met in his office face to face along with the enrollment counselor Ms. ***. He approved me to be dropped and he assured me that he would take care of the situation by dropping me out the classes.
I would like it if Troy Business Office take that hold off my account and release my transcript from the college. I can not get a official start date with my new government job until I have the transcript from Troy University. I should not be held to pay that money for classes that was not dropped by the higher up personnel Dr.

The Troy oversight team charged for resolving matters such as this met on Wednesday, March 7, 2018. Details of this complaint were shared. Although considerable time has passed since Ms. was last enrolled, the team did consider the case an her request. RESOLUTION: Ms. will be administratively withdrawn for the courses she registered for in Term 2 of 2014 and the associated balance will be zero. The time associated with this action will be approximately one week to 10 business days. She should have access to sending a transcript after this 10 day period.
