Troy comes across as very genuine. He was prompt for our appointment, and when we needed his help again, he was very responsive. He got stuck in traffic and was good about calling to let us know what was going on. He stands by his work and in all our interactions he was polite and professional. So many contractors I have dealt with seem to make stuff up when you ask questions. Troy seems really upfront and honest. I really enjoyed working with him.
