See attachment.I have been in this business for over years and have never had a complaint about any of my staff or any other problem.I would like to state that a previous customer, who had resided at the same address before Mr***, never once complained with any problems regarding the
tanks.I feel that we have been very fair with Mr***I am sending a copy of the ledger for your reference.The fact that Mr*** said he was gas certified and a propane tech for years, then maybe, at the time he claims he saw our tech damage the regulator, he could have taken the initiative to respectfully work along side our tech and try to fix it.Sincerely,*** ***
