Several years back I purchased a hot tub from these folks Every year I had to replace the circulation pump at a cost I thought was very high for such a small and obviously not very well made pump I didn't know how much these people gouge their customers until I needed to replace the heating element They charged $for a part easily available on-line from several sources for $197! When I discovered their over pricing and tried to return the unit the very next day, they refused to take it back I also offered to pay $for the unit and move forward, but they refused that offer and still would not take the unit back for a full refund This is NOT a business with whom you want to be dealing They place no value on customers other than as sheep for fleecing! I would give them zero stars, but I had to select at least one star in order to post a review This is a perfect example of a "Buyer Beware" business You are forewarned!
