Warning, this business has predatory sales practices, taking advantage of women in particular. This guy Auggie was called to look at replacing slider door rollers. He proceeded to complete the repairs, telling my wife that "don't worry, I live and work on Marco, I will give you a discount" He never mentioned pricing until after he completed the work. The total bill was for $920.00, but he gave her a "great price of only $700.00" for less than 2 hours of work. $140.00 in parts, and $560.00 in labor. He told her the locks needed to be replaced also, even though they were just replaced 4 weeks prior by me.
He reminds me of a sleazy used car salesman from the 80's who preys on unsuspecting females and severely upcharges them. When I called him to personally complain, he ended up hanging up on me, which is extremely unprofessional. He offered no estimate prior to work. My wife would have run him off of our property if he would have given her an estimate of $920.00 for a couple of hours work.

Billing Adjustment I would be open to a reasonable service fee along with the price of the parts used. Most professionals have a charge of around $100.00 per hour, so since he was there less than 2 hours, a reasonable price would be $350.00 in total. In addition, he should be forced to give written estimates prior to work being completed, not coming in as a Mr. Nice guy as sweet talking his way into getting females to trust him. Predator is the kindest word I can come up with for him and his business practice
