Tropical Pool Supply

Review: I had them come out and drain my pool completely and clean it. I had to refill the pool back myself. Them they came back the next day and I'm not sure what kind of chemicals they poor in the pool. They did not clean my filter or sweep the bottom of my pool clean. Then I had to have someone else come out a couple of weeks later, only for them to tell me that the person who cleaned and drained my pool did not clean my filter. I am not satisfied that he came back out to house and is trying to now charge me for something that they should have done initially when they came out to drain and clean the pool.Desired Settlement: I need the problem fixed or I need them to refund me my money so that I can have someone properly clean and maintain it.
