Tropical Penguin Scuba

I purchased the PADI scuba Dive School training for 249.95 from [redacted] at Tropical Penguin Scuba. The training program was to start on 9/4/2014. I paid with a credit card. This service was purchased on 8/9/2014. At no time between that period was I called and told not to show up at this shop on 9/4/2014 for the classes. I did drive from Dayton to begin these classes and found a note posted on the door saying they were closed for the day. Soon a couple of ladies showed up also for the classes and they told me no one contacted them saying it was cancelled either. We called the number on the hand made sign on the door and left messages asking why no one was here. No on ever called us back. Stuck in the door of this business was a shut off notice from [redacted]. All of us who had come to start the class of course became very concerned at this point, because shut off notices for a business is not a good sign, Follow up calls the next day produced no return calls either. The class schedule we were given when we purchased this service was for an entire month of class time and actual dive training. Not of which has been produced, or even a phone call telling us what the problem was. It seems quite obvious to me the owner took our money, never intending to give us the service we purchased.
