Tropical Palms Resort

I cancelled my reserv on May 11th. I was told that it would be credited to the card ending in 1817. They refunded a different card that is not mine
I called and cancelled my reservations on May 11th. They told me $174 would be credited to my card ending with*** which is on the reservations. They credited a card ending in *** which is not my card. I told them that the address on the reservations was incorrect so did they mix up my account. They still have not credited my account. I seem to be getting a run around
