Review: On their website there is a coupon for $25 off if you book a birthday party "now thru September". I had a party there on 3/28/15. When I went to pay and use that coupon I was told by [redacted] the owner that he would not honor the advertisement because the people that run his website were told to remove it LAST YEAR! That he doesn't need to discount parties thus time of year. Then he turned and walked away. I have screen shots It's on www.tropicalfunzone.net There is no time specified on that advertisement.Desired Settlement: I want $25. Not in credit. In a check. And he should take down that advertisement if he is not going to do the right thing and honor it.
