Poor communication, predatory fees. Stored my credit card information without my consent. When I shopped around for a reorder, I found a company that did it for cheaper, and they charged me a $159 "cancellation fee" despite never placing an order.

Paid over $100 for a trophy made from very cheap material. The customization, which was quite pricey, was peeling off immediately when I received the item. The trophy fell about two feet and completely shattered. I would think a trophy over $100 should withstand a short fall. I contacted customer service and they just said I needed to order a new one. Not worth the money.

I ordered a trophy from them online, and received it pretty quickly (quicker than the timeframe I was originally given). I also ordered 10 small nameplates with it; one of them had a small amount of extra ink on it upon arrival, and another one I accidentally mangled while trying to remove it from a place I had stuck it on the trophy to another spot. I asked if they could accommodate me by reprinting the two nameplates (one of which was my fault), and they quickly turned that around no questions asked, and at no extra cost. Thanks again!
