I have ordered from Trophy Depot nine times I have had small issues that have been promptly rectified My last order, however arrived at 6:10pm the night I said my event was (I always say a couple days early in case of problems.) I found that there were broken trophies, with nameplates on upside down and with no nameplate I called to get this taken care of only to have the rep tell me that it happened in shipping and there was no way that anyone who worked for Trophy Depot would have intentionally broken the trophies I told him the boxes were in perfect shape, there was double bubble wrap and trophies came out of one box and out of the other, not to mention the three upside down nameplates and the missing name plate I told him this was obviously an issue with quality control He again assured me that no one there would have done this on purpose I asked to talk to a manager He spoke not another word and connected me to an voice mailbox that was full I called back and spoke with a fairly nice woman although she too saw nothing wrong with the way Tom had spoken to me or the fact that the nameplates were upside down because I, the consumer could simply fix that After wasting hours of my day I finally spoke to a manager who was somewhat apologetic and did work it out to have new trophies shipped to me on Saturday before the event at no extra cost She also shipped the missing nameplate When I asked her to follow through with the company's published policy to not only meet, but beat competitors prices she said she doesn't check competitor websites I told her I had found one and she said she got me Saturday shipping and that was all she would do I called back today to talk with someone else, but before they connect you with anyone they want all your information and then tell you there are no managers there (I got that the other night too.) In speaking with the somewhat rude, unresponsive rep today I realized that customer satisfaction is of very little importance to this company and they do not intend to follow through with their promise on their website (I realize it was after the order had been placed, but I thought it was fair to ask after all the problems I had and time I had to waste before finding a solution.) needless to say, I am done with Trophy Depot and would not recommend them

order was shipped and delivered on 5-**-16. As per online order in in hands date was 5-**-16 . Order was received before need in hands date.
Trophy Depot is lax when it comes to customer serviceIt's quite laughable when they state on their FB page that they pride themselves on customer satisfactionWe ordered several items for our 8U Baseball end of season party, and one of the trophies I received was brokenI have called the number provided everyday to request a new one sentEach time I call, the automated voice comes on and tells me someone will be with me in a momentThe line is transferred to a mailbox and then it's states the mailbox is fullI have also emailed the company with no responseI have left a message on their FB ad with no responseI tagged them in a FB post with no responseThis company does not pride itself on customer satisfaction, but the greedy demands of their profitsOnce done fulfilling the order, they no longer care for the customer and to make things right by usShame on this company for ruining a baseball season and not providing quality products, as well as customer service
Ordered product with a promise on the website and on phone of next day shippingNot only almost weeks later no product but follow up was made and promise that product would be shipped, didn't happen Called day product was supposed to arrive once again told still in warehouse and no way to get the order in time Made several calls with request to talk with manager and no success Had to order from another company, pay expedited shipping fees and more money on the items as well Absolutely no attempt to assist with the issue Horrible experience!!!!
The refund should show within 1-business days depending on the issuing bank or credit card company

On the order confirmation the estimated ship date was 5/**/ After being unable to reach the company to get an updated shipping estimate via email, phone or fax despite multiple attempts from May *** to May *** I was forced to develop a contingency plan and to order awards from another vendor to ensure delivery in time for the May *** program This created an additional cost for my building which could have been avoided had Trophy Deport responded to me in any way

Just a warning to everyone..this is a terrible companyDon't order form them!! They have the worst customer service ever and don't follow through on their ordersMy poor track team missed out on their plaques and medals because trophy depot screwed up the order and then I could never get in touch with them to fix itThey never answered their phones and I was always directed to a voice mailbox that was full and couldn't take messagesI spent an entire day trying to reach them and never couldI finally called my credit card and told them the story and they were able to get me a refundBuyer beware!! Don't use this company!!!!
I received my shipment today, but there were many missing pieces, errors in the order, and a grossly broken itemI am the head soccer coach of my local high school soccer teamThis was our first season in our town's history
Unfortunately, due to the orchestrated delay by Marian (Award CSR Supervisor), based on a decision to decline our purchase order, we will not receive any of the corrected items until after our end of the season banquet
Our school was charged all the extra cost for the items missing and the packaging for the broken trophy was nothing more than a thin piece of bubble wrap in a paper thin box wedged up the outer portion of the box
This is simply inexcusableThe negligence on every end of this entire process has been overly frustrating and clearly was a larger waste of time than the cost was worth
We requested for our items to be corrected and sent to us, but after things have been corrected, we have no plans on continuing with Trophy Depot in the futureIt has been nothing but a hassle and we would rather deal with companies that want our business

I placed the order on 5/**/2016. I paid 47.71 in addition to the cost of the order for [redacted] 2nd Day Air shipping. The estimated delivery date was 5/**/2016 based on the email sent with the confirmation from Trophy Depot on 5/**. The "must have" date was listed as 5/**/2016, and has nothing to do with the date that was quoted or the extra money I paid to have the items shipped 2nd Day Air via [redacted]. I tried to contact Trophy Depot on the [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] via telephone and after being on hold each time for 5 minutes was transferred to a VM box that was full. I also sent an email to Trophy Depot on [redacted] that was never responded to. After having no contact or response to any emails or phone calls I received an email with tracking information from Trophy Depot on [redacted] stating a package was going to be shipped via [redacted] with a delivery date of 5/**/2016. The package was delivered to my house on 5/**/2016, and it contained 7 of the 12 pieces that I had ordered. I called Trophy Depot on [redacted] at 12:18 PM and was able to speak to Tina. I explained the situation, and the frustration on my part for not receiving the trophies by the estimated date, as well as when they finally were delivered not receiving the entire order. She said that maybe the trophies were on back-order??? She did not have a definite or good answer for me, and her response was very vague and did not solve my concerns. I told her that I wanted to cancel the order, and that I would ship back the 7 pieces that were sent to me that same day. Since there was no return [redacted] label I had to pay another 19.44 cents to ship the 7 pieces back to Trophy Depot. I shipped them via [redacted] back to Trophy Depot via tracking #[redacted] with a delivery date of 6/*/2016. I expect and want a full refund for the amount that I paid Trophy Depot for shipping as well as the order which I placed that was never 100% fulfilled. That amount that I want refunded is 175.99 that I paid for the products and expedited shipping, both of which did not occur as quoted.

After receiving my order, I felt there was a discrepancy. I attempted to call and speak to customer service numerous times. When I call, I am on hold endlessly. I am then transferred to a mailbox which is full. So, I sent an email stating my concern and possible discrepancy. The response to my email was rude and finger pointing. My email stated I felt there was a mistake. Trophy Depot's response email informed me that they "[redacted]". I then responded with a copy of the order receipt and stated that after multiple, separate, encounters with customer service, "clearly", this company has no regard for their customers. I was then informed "[redacted] ". "[redacted]."
Again, I have attempted to call and speak to customer service/a supervisor numerous times. When I call, I am on hold endlessly and I am then transferred to a mailbox which is full.
Regardless of what side the discrepancy/mistake was made on, the interaction from the customer service/Sales department I received was very unpleasant. In response to ""[redacted]", I would have liked to be treated respectfully.
We did try to resolve the error in the 2 engravings plates
Our policy for free shipping is on our website that medals do not qualify for free shipping.

This is not acceptable. When the order was placed, the website stated that orders were shipped same day. The paperwork we received with the order shows that it was expected to ship on May **, 2016, well before the dates of our awards and graduation ceremonies. The shipping fees were exorbitant for a package that arrived nearly three weeks later than promised. We are due a refund of the shipping fees.
