Horible scammers. Buying cheap used lemons slightly fixing them then flipping them for thousands.

I purchased a used 2006 Acura TL from David Trocci st Trocci Auto Sales two weeks ago,the day I picked up the car and was driving it home,the engine warning light came on and the transmission began to slip,I notified David about the problem and I had the vehicle towed to Armys Transmission shop and was notified that the transmission was no good and there were four codes pertaining to the transmission. I informed Mr Trocci about what the shop said and he said he would help me get right and would handle this matter 100 %, I've been calling and texting David for almost the past two with no response from him at all,I just would like to resolve this matter like he said he would, thanks

Heard about the place through relatives so went to check it out Dave seemed like a nice guy and good business man from first impression. We looked around his lot at all the different vehicles and he asked our price range so I told him and he told me to tell him some cars that I was interested in. The lexus being the first one and he immediately stuck a deal with me. Got to turn it on and it made a weird noise in the engine he reassuered me that it was only a blower motor for the ac and that it was not a big concern and that it was natural still hesitant I took his word for it with me not knowing to many things about cars. So fast forward I buy the car about six weeks after that I am driving home from work one day and next thing I know there is smoke coming from the back of the vehicle so I pull over in the emergency lane to find out the transmission housing had cracked. I called dave immediatly told him about it and he apologized a numerous amount of times saying that it never should of happened they are great reliable cars it shouldn't of happened and at one point questioned if that was even what was wrong with it offered for him and his father to come take a look at it to which I agreed all for them never to show up. So after that I try calling and receive no answer so then I call him off of a different number and some how he answers this time. Told me he would call back (Which he never did) Then "I ended up texting him multiple times after that to again get no response so then my mother decide to try and give him a call from her phone and what do you know he answered not recognizing the number. Told me numerous times in person and text message that he would make it right and that it should of never happened all for him to do absolutely nothing and leave me stranded after I stressted to him multiple times that my vehicle is the biggest part of running my own business and my everyday life but it seemed like he did not even care and was only worried about his next dollar.
