Business said he was to paint bedrooms and hallwayWhen he saw the house, it was trashed so Business took before and after picturesBusiness has time cards and receipts for his work, and can supply them, if necessaryThere is no contract but business has phone transcripts/texts of calls
The work is not shoddyCustomer gave him a list of things to finish by 12/On 12/5, business could not get into house to complete the work as the locks had been changedThere is no refund available as business could bill customer for lots of extra stuff that the customer does not recogniseBusiness is willing to call it even if the customer will let this matter alone
