on 11/9/15. We terminated the account on 12/9/15 in agreement with the signed contract.
The agreement was signed by [redacted] on 7/7/15 and it does state that invoicing shall begin 30 days after the effective date (with the effective dates defined as "the date TriZetto begins providing services to the client"). TriZetto enrollment team reached out to the customer by email on 7/13/15 to give them access to the account. Our team at TriZetto Provider Solutions did get the account set up in a timely manor to allow them to start using the services within their first 30 days, however the customer did not exercise this ability. It wasn't until 10/8/16 that someone from the office logged into the account and gave the information to set up the provider and office with tax IDs, NPI numbers and insurance company information. Our enrollment team was then set the provider up and made sure they were eligible with the insurance companies to utilize our services.
The unpaid invoices are from October and November that we did not have a written termination notice for the account yet. Since these invoices have gone unpaid, they have started incurring late fees.
