Review: On May *, 2012, I spoke with [redacted] (###-###-####, ext [redacted]) of Tritium Card Services, Inc. (debt collection agency) to set up monthly payment arrangements for my [redacted] credit card. The highest credit limit was for $600. However, I agreed to a settlement of $782.00, of which I paid $80.00 on May *, 2012. The next payment arrangements were set up as follows:

7/**/12 - $141.00
8/**/12 - $141.00
9/**/12 - $141.00
10/**/12 - 138.00
I made all of the $141.00 payments as scheduled. However, during this period it was always difficult to reach [redacted]. During the last payment, I called repeatedly on October **, **, **, **, **, and **, 2012. But [redacted] never returned my call. After making all of the agreed upon payments, she conveniently was not available for the last payment. Nonetheless, I note from my credit report that this debt is still being reported on my credit report, and the amount is for a higher amount that was agreed upon and stipulated with [redacted] who reported that the total amount due was $1,302.00. As previously stated, my highest credit limit was $600.00. I was laid off in December 2008, at the height of the recession, and [redacted] was a creditor that refused to work with me during this time as I was on unemployment and could not afford to pay anymore than $20.00 a month. The debt is reported as collections/charged off when in fact Tritium has paid the debt incurred as well as additional excess and erroneously fees they stacked on without regard to verifying whether the amount was accurate before collecting fees.
The payments were made via telephone every month with [redacted]. She took my bank card information and put the payment through as agreed. If needed, I can produce my bank statements to prove that I paid each payment as agreed and that I overpaid my debt since the highest credit limit was $600. I am going to file a separate complaint against [redacted] for reporting excessive fees, if in fact, they are responsible for Tritium's unfair business practices by collecting erroneous amounts. In addition, they did not following through to confirm my account was paid in full.Desired Settlement: I would like a letter of apology, along with a statement that the debt was paid off in full. In addition, I want all three credit bureaus update to reflect that this debt was paid off in full as of October 2012. The debt was not charged off because it was paid in full.
