TriState Retractable Screens LLC

We had *** Screens installed in a screened in porch a couple of years ago by this company We have had a few problems with them coming off the track but we were able to get them out within a reasonable amount of time I first contacted them on December 9th about a problem and needed service asap since the area was open to the weather and wildlifeWell, it is now December 28th and still haven't heard anything from them and I tried calling them numerous times ; no answer or voice mail! Needless to say we have found someone else to work on them!

I recently had retractable screens re-installedSince that time I have had issues which were mostly resolved, however my largest screen is non functional and needs replaced and my slider screen is also not properly put in I have tried several times to reach Joe from Tri State Retractable screens and also contacted his supplier and still no response These should be fixed immediately and line of communication opened to tell me about timeframes and suchThanks,
