The week before Thanksgiving 2015, my year old dryer developed a hard faultI applied my search engine kuand found out a control board on my dryer was likely at faultA couple days before Thanksgiving, still without a dryer, and we are scheduled to travel the next dayI am second guessing myselfMore of my research suggested that I may have bad power out of my previously functioning outletThis is where Tri-Star comes inI used my multi-meter and tested both the 240V and 120V sockets in my basementThe 120V was good, but the numbers on the 240V didn't look rightI do a search of local electricians and call or companies after hoursI get Tri-Star's staffed answering serviceThey take the message and within the hour the co-owner DCgave me a callAs I was explaining the problem, he told me he was cooking dinnerBig props on calling me back so soon and while taking care of his family! Anyway, I explained the problem and detailed what I had doneDwalked me through some simple thingsApparently, my probes on my test leads were too shortI wasn't touching the 240V plug leadsA couple weeks later and I still have not heard back from most of companies I calledDCand Tri-Star earned my future business that night
