Trishawn's Family Daycare

Review: Trishawn's Family Daycare makes claims of being a quality child care facility, however my experience with this outfit did not live up to that claim of quailty child care in the least. [redacted] was unprofessional in many ways. She did not honor a written contract of which she drew up; [redacted] terminated providing childcare because I peacefully objected to her request to have parents call her every day to let her know (I) am on my way to drop my child off for daycare. Her doorbell doesn't work properly and even upon callng first she still doesn't hear because it is a locked storm door we knock on, while out in cold waiting, hoping she will hear and come open the door. So because I articulated to [redacted] that I found it inconvenient to call each day to tell her I'm on my way, she hastily reacts in a very negative, and unprofessional manner, breaching a binding contract completely without grounds to do so. She has done other questionble things like quoting me a different price than what was in contract, only accepting cash payments (or certain banks she holds accounts with), however, she has never produced a receipt for payments she's received. I initially paid her $240 ($60 non refundable deposit, $180 for 3 weeks of daycare. After 2 weeks, she said her "records" showed that I had only given her $180, not $240, but since she never gave me a receipt, I had no way of proving anythng. Again I have really had an awful experience putting my child in Trishawn's Family Daycare. I would not recommend her at all, in fact I want to warn any potential parents looking fo childcare NOT to choose this facility. Sad because she seems pleasant upon first meeting, yet didn't take much to bring out her bad side; I am filing this complaint hoping she will learn to conduct herself like a mature responsible adult.Desired Settlement: I would like reund $66 payment [redacted] received for sevices she had not perfrormed; copies of all forms and paperwok pertaining to my daughter, including medical, IRS statements, receipts for all payment she has received; Letter of apology for great inconvenience caused;
