Review: The landlord refuses to give me back my security deposit for an apartment rented from him and due to lack of maintenance , including water intrusion/leaks and mold, all of which are getting worse every day. These issues have become a big concern for me and I feel they are a potential health and safety hazard for me and my dog. I simply do not feel comfortable living at the unit any longer.Per our conversation , the landlord stated that if I was unhappy with the living conditions at the unit, I could move out before the lease expires, and that I should put such request in writing, so I am herby doing that. I think I'm entitled to get a full security deposit back to finish my nightmare and move opn with my life.Desired Settlement: I only need my security deposit back in the amount of $475.00
