We have subscribed to the Daily Breeze for probably or more years In the last two years we have to call several times a month because we don't receive the paper For instance today by am no paper so I called After walking our dog I noticed our neighbors car was gone from their driveway and there was our paper It had been thrown under her car Since she hosed down her driveway before leaving our paper is soaking wet
And we're supposed to be a preferred customer?

I discontinued my service with the breeze and requested a refund or for them to deliver the paper with the credit I had on account
I have contacted the Daily Breeze by phone and email several times beginning 5/25/for my refund and have yet to receive it they keep giving me the runaround
