Triple C Investment Management

Unhelpful Staff as I am trying to resolve a dispute, and not informing me about a notice in my name
I just got the phone cut on me by a Triple C employee as I was asking her for assistance in the fastest way to resolve a legal mater which I was not informed about. First she lied that she had informed me, then she claimed to not have ever recieved correspondence from me asking her to remove my name from a lease. At this point I am very frustrated at the customer service, and innability to inform customers about what is going on with them. All I want is to resolve this matter in the fastest way possible and instead [redacted] at Tripple C became defensive, cut me off, and cut the phone on me.
