my name is Christel v [redacted] I am working as the business coordinator for trio Salon& Spa We received a letter today that states we no longer have time to respond to a complaint from a client who is unhappy with one of our hairdressers this is the fist time we are actually seeing this letter and I am no certain what steps to take now We have reached out to [redacted] on several occasions, attempting to correct the issue she is unhappy about she has since, repeatedly, not shown up nor cancelled multiple appointments with different hairdressers to help resolve the issue I can understand that she is not happy with the results of a hair coloring, however we can not help her if she refuses to work with in appointments she agrees to come to for adjustments and assistance should this truly still reflect on our business? thank you -- trio salon, spa & boutique sw lower boones ferry rd., tigard, OR If you know of someone who would appreciate the level of service we provide, please feel free to give them our contact information!
