We want all that was promised by the salesman.1) our phone number to be able to send blood sugar readings and blood pressures daily.2) all the channels we were receiving prior to changing. Was told I am only going to have to pay $14/month more now to receive them for 2yrs.3) the Internet speed is... terrible for the cost each month now for 2yrs. To have what we had would be a upgrade with more money each month

The customer in this case was installed with both TV ([redacted]) and internet ([redacted]) services. Weoffered to bundle the internet services with a landline service through [redacted] to save the customeradditional money off of their monthly bill, and the customer gladly accepted. The customer wasinformed that they would indeed have a temporary phone number. Said customer did not mention anyspecial circumstance regarding her husband's health complications until 2 days after we did theinstallation.The customer did mention that the sales representative failed to make sure that 2 of her channels werein her [redacted] package. However, we assured her over the phone that we would cover the difference($14/mo.) for her going forward and HAD done that already for the 1st month of her service. We alsooffered to cover the 1st month of her [redacted] bill in total for any inconvenience that she may havehad.Nonetheless, the cust decided that it was best to cancel these services and go back to her previousprovider, which was all taken care of and they are happy going forward.Thank You,Ken [redacted], OwnerTrinstar Communications[redacted]
