Review: This company sold my consigned merchandise in their store this last year and still refuses to pay me. I have emailed several times requesting payment ($375.36). Their emails come back to me from different names/emails telling me they will pay me and then give me another excuse. All they have done is lead me on for the last year. I make jewelry and only sell to one or two stores in San Francisco. I was told about this company through Otis School of Fashion in Los Angeles In June 2012. I have a signed consignment agreement with them. The address on my agreement is LeBunnys Inc, [redacted]. Phone ####-###-####, Fax #[redacted].Desired Settlement: Payment in full immediately.

Review: We have an agreement with Trinity Place Department Store where they are required to send us monthly statements (selling reports) and payments on all sales of our products from the sale of our merchandise. The last time we received a monthly statement was on October*, 2013 from [redacted]. The only time we received a payment was once, check dated 4/**/2013. We see on yelp that they are doing this to their other vendors: [redacted]. We have not been able to reach anyone - all phone numbers direct to full voice mail, and no one responds to any of our emails.Desired Settlement: Provide payment for all sold merchandise and return all remaining [redacted] merchandise in their department store and their online store to our warehouse.
