Trinity owner accepted a job of tree removal, cut down remaining portions of tree, stump grinding, removal of remains holly bushes and stump grinding of all stumps ( about 10, large & small) This was on May 6thHe said the job would be done the next weekIt took him about a month to remove the fallen tree and cut the remaining portionI have left several messages, and had talked to his secretary with no action, or responseOn July I was told the remaining job would be complete the next dayIt was not
trinity was hired by a neighbor to remove a tree for them, I allowed them to use my yard as accessthey took down part of my pecan tree, so I lost harvestthey sunk there equipment in my front yard by backing into the grass and crushed a drainage pipe next to the driveway and breaking the concrete in the process
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
mr [redacted] spoke to my wife at our property after the tree was taken down.. I gave them permission to use my yard to make it easier for them working on a hill which will not happen again
. he told my wife that he would not have taken it down that way.. his other guy was out sick that day.. so I guess the crew was working with no experienced leader. they also pulled the other limb that was not in my space into my yard.. we do have pictures of the process because his crew didn't check to see if anyone was home.. which also meant my wife could not leave our driveway because there equipment was blocking her in.The tree cant be fixed, but the sad sod that was put down over existing grass was poor judgement.. along with clumps of dirt under it.. we contacted him about the drainage problem along the drive
, he sent someone out and they dug up a piece of it and replaced it and just threw the dirt and debris back on top of it.. he also acknowledged the broken concrete to my wife and said it would be taken care of..
I know the surface of the driveway is rough but, not broken by overloaded equipment. We have text messages from him and my wife about these concerns. so just fix the problems his crew created , and maybe returning phone calls would be nice. how about his offices, where are they??? not in ofallon and not in st charlesSincerely,

Basically there was tree that fell on their neighboring yard. I asked both neighbors if we could use their yards because there would be no other access to get to their tree. I spoke to the wife and I told her there would be branches and leaves taken off the pecan tree. It was unfortunate situation,...
but it had to be done. I cleaned up all the limb wood at no cost to them from the storm as a courtesy to them. My workers backed the trucking chipper into the driveway. I did not approve of this so it was unfortunate and I do apologize for the situation. We went out to cut out the grass/yard issue and replaced it with sod. We fixed their yard. When we did the yard repair, there was no pipe to be found. I will absolutely go back and take a look at it. I will absolutely come out and do the repair to the concrete.
