Good Afternoon, We received a call on Monday August 29, 2016 stating that our service technician unplugged the freezer and did not plug it back up on Thursday August 18, 2016. [redacted] spoke with the homeowner and told her that he doesn't recall unplugging her fridge however the owner of Trinity...

Heating Cooling &b Appliances William [redacted] spoke with her on the same day and asked her to send over pictures that she said she had as proof. A couple days later she sent over pictures of an empty freezer and 2 white garbage bags that were sealed up.  We emailed her back and asked her for some better pictures so we could get an estimate of how much food was lost. The customer never responded to any correspondence that was sent to her.
