I was referred to Dr [redacted] for a root canal on a tooth with a previous crown; procedure occurred on February 22, At the end of the procedure, Dr [redacted] said the crown had "popped off" and I would need to return to my dentist for the crown to be recemented I went to my dentist on February and was told that mt tooth had broken off inside the crown Dr [redacted] did not notify me or my dentist of this complication So far, I have undergone two additional procedures and continue to have discomfort Dr [redacted] had a professional and moral obligation to notify me and my dentist of what happened and he did not His office nit even states no complications occurred I do not recommend this dentist under any circumstances
