Trimet Honors Citizens Program

TriMet lift/Transdev has lost all connections to the protected classification of people they are supposed to be helping the disabled and senior community, they are federally funded
and have turned into a money grab service I realize they have numerous projects taking place in the Portland Oregon metro are however I am confident that they have been funded by the feds for these projects or through the taxpayers' taxes I was recently sent over hill over dale on a ride back home the roadway was dark, raining out not to experienced driver we were on top of speed bumps b4 we saw them get to my home I have wet myself the driver is scared to death my cane is left on bus, and now I am expected to pay TriMet to go to their location to get my cane which is my mobility device last year a driver busted a part on my wheelchair now cannot provide customer service and have my cane brought to my home the airlines provide customer service and deliver luggage to the customer when left behind or thought lost ! TriMet is just a money grabbing organization

This letter is in response to *** ***'s complaint of a late pickup for hermother, LIFT customer *** ***, on Saturday, October 8, In thecomplaint *** *** reported her mother's pickup time had beenchanged from 12:30pm to 12:55pm
In our
investigation we found:Ride was requested for October 9, not October 8, *** requested a 12:30pm pickup and was given a 12:55pm-1:25pmpickup which was the first available pickup time
At the end of the call the reservation was reviewed with her and confirmed
