We tried an introductory order of Keto SlimBoost on 7/30/2020. At the time, they offered us the SlimBoost Detox, which we declined, but was delivered anyway. The introductory charge was $6.87 and $6.90 respectively. On August 16 they charged my credit card $179.79, which I did not notice until I checked my statement today. On 9/19 we received the same 2 bottles. They charged my credit card another $179.79. We did not consent to a subscription, so I called the company. I was told that we were given 14 days to cancel the subscription. The product wasn't delivered until that time period had already past, and we saw no disclosure regarding this policy. We did not consent to it. I was told that I could return the product, unopened and at my own expense, and that there would be a restocking fee of $18 per bottle, for a total of $36. When I protested that amount, I was told that everyone charges a restocking fee, which is not true. I gave the representative, Jeff, several examples of companies that accept returns without charging a restocking fee, but he was sticking to a script. I have notified my credit card company. I also intend to file a complaint with the FTC and SEC (if they are a public company). I am a senior compliance officer for a major financial institution, specializing in fraud. I know fraud when I see it.

Refund When I asked to speak to a manager I was kept on hold for 20 minutes, then told that all managers were speaking with "other customers". Red flag! Jeff did tell me he had gotten authorization to wave the restocking fee, and that once I had returned the product unopened, I would be issued a full credit. Charged for products I did not authorize. Charged more for postage then the $4.95 advertisement.
There was no phone number to contact them about future products. They ended up charging me $6.87 and $6.92 for the two products I received in the same package, the Keto and a product called Detox. Two weeks later they charged me $89.87 & $89.92 for the products. We disputed charges thru the bank but a month later we received more product and more charges. The phone # on the bank statement was not a working number. When I looked them up online I was not able to receive a number that I could reach them at. On the shipping label of the second order there was a number for customer service. When I called them to tell them I wanted to ship the product back and a refund I was told that they were not authorized to do that. We were told that our credit card people needed to call them with us on the line and we could try to come to a solution. We asked them if they couldn't come to a solution with us how would it be any different with the bank on the line. They couldn't tell us. They just repeated the script over and over. We now have to cancel our credit card and dispute an amount of $359.58 for this product. The only thing that customer service did for us was to cancel further shipments.

I was told that it was a 14 day trail and that my card would not be charged after that and for the past 2 months they have charged my card
And each time they have not giving me a full refund which I think is wrong and uncalled for and the way they treat their customers is unacceptable and needs to be dealt with.

When you order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that after 14 days + 3 days of shipping you will be charged for the Slim Boost Keto and Slim Boost Detox, if you do not call to cancel and return the products.
Your trial started when you ordered the products on 03/17/2020 which you paid shipping and handling fees of $6.92 and $6.87. Your trial ended on 04/03/2020, in which we didn't receive any call from you thus, your account has been kept active.
We have cancelled your account through contacting our Customer Support on 05/08/2020 and we have refunded you back $44.93 and $44.96 back to your account. Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further shipments.
Since we do not normally do this, as a ONE TIME COURTESY, we went ahead and process additional refund of $44.94 and $44.46. We will also process the refund for the month of April $89.87 and $89.92.

Once you do the free trial then an $89 charge is debited and when I called the company they had no record of my order. Lady was rude.
The Trim company used my card number without my permission and continued charging without permission.
The original order was paid for with card at first bank. They stole my card number at a different bank. Bottom line I never gave them my card information.
I wanted to try a product but I never will again. The card I used was a different bank. When I told bank they closed card. The company then got my card number from another bank and used it. It is now cancelled also. Iwill never use a card again online. This company is so dishonest about everything.

We have a monthly subscription program, with terms and conditions listed on our website, and allow our customers to start their trial for the cost of shipping and handling. After the 14-day trial period ends, per the terms of the subscription, if you do not cancel you are charged for the product in your possession and enrolled into our monthly program. This is designed to save our customers the time of placing a new order every 30 days to maintain their weight loss regimen. Upon our review of her account with us, we can affirm that Ms. started her trial with us on August 5, 2019 for the shipping costs of $9.92. After her trial ended on August 19, 2019, we did attempt to bill her for the product in hand. She was successfully charged $149.90 on August 19, 2019 for the product that was shipped to her and entered into our subscription. Our data indicates that Ms. never called us to cancel her trial - she communicated with us via customer support on October 30th and her account was cancelled. Our records indicate that unfortunately Ms. didn't call us to request a refund until after filing a dispute on the charges, which freezes her account on our end prohibiting us from issuing any refunds; this is to prevent unintentional fraud by our customers who might then receive a reimbursement from both our company and their financial institution. However, because customer satisfaction is top priority, we have waived this and issued Ms. a refund for the $149.90 charge on October 19, 2019. We can verify that her account with us is indeed cancelled. We regret that Ms. had strife with our company and dearly hope that this satisfies her complaint. In mid October I responded to an online ad for a "free" trial of a Keto diet suppliment. My credit card was charged $6.92 shipping on 10/18/19. A few days later I received the pills. The packing slip was dated 10/19/19. On 11/01/19 my credit card was charged $89.92. When I discovered the charge, I called the phone number on the charge transaction and it was disconnected. I called my credit card company - they advised looking on the bottle for a phone#. I called that number and was advised that I had requested a 14-day trial of the product, after which time I would be charged and receive a monthly subscription. The offer I responded to said nothing of a 14-day trial or a subscription - simply free trial, just pay shipping.
I offered to return the product and was told that I was outside the 14-day return period and that they would not accept unsealed bottles. I thought this was a trial - how do you test the product without opening it? This is definitely a scam. I am so stupid...
