Trike Property Management L.L.C.

I currently am held to a lease with this property and I am not very satisfied with their property management or service. The property we are at has bugs in the light fixtures that has not been cleaned out since I moved in four months ago. For some reason a tenant decided to throw their undergarments on the chandelier hanging in the entry way and once again...it has not been attended to. The hot water went out for two days and tenants were not given much notification at all as to what was going on. Upon calling the "Emergency maintenance" company I felt like a burden because of this inconvenience. The man who called me back was cussing saying something along the lines of [redacted] act like they have no heat or something." I was enraged. I called the office and left a message for the owner and his idea of handeling the problem was having the maintenance man call me and try to "nip the situation in the bud," and lying saying he was cussing at a football game. So not only was I offended by the cussing but also at the fact that I am perceived as stupid and deaf. The owner then called me back after 24 hours to make sure the situation has been handled. I refuse to call him back, I'm done with the company period and I cannot wait for my lease to be over because I refuse to give my money to an unprofessional company who hires disrespectful employees.
