I ordered my motorized drift trike from trike daddy customs on March 4th I received the final package on April 20th. The website said that the trike would come within 3-4 weeks but since all of the claims I've filed against the company they have changed around the FAQ's on the site to cover themselves. When I ordered my customized drift trike I paid for it to be painted red and black and I was told there would be some assembly needed. When I finally received the package it was a destroyed box filled with unpainted destroyed parts. There are parts missing, parts that do not fit, and no assembly instructions in the box except a piece of paper with sharpie marker writing on it that said 1:assemble parts. 2: tighten parts. 3: ride. With a smiley face drawn at the bottom of the paper. There was no seat in the box and the parts did not fit together. There was also a very vulgar sharpie marker illustration drawn directly on the frame of the trike. When I massages the seller he refused to give me a refund. [redacted] also refused to get me my refund because there was no way to prove that I didn't ask for this. I have still not received a refund for the amount of $1000 dollars that I paid to trike daddy customs LLC. Since I have filed a claim with [redacted] and my card provider this man has been harassing me through [redacted] messagesProduct_Or_Service: Custom motorized drift trikeDesired SettlementI would like a full refund for trike and I will return everything that I received in the mail. Business Response Mr. [redacted] Filed a claim because his friend Mrs. [redacted], whom has also submitted a complaint, requested a refund after not wanting to wait for a one off custom product. Mr. [redacted] has messaged me various times saying he was uneducated on not only the proceedures of how to request a refund but also how to work with tools to assemble the trike. The buyer agreed to the terms and conditions of the sale which clearly states "Some assembly required". Buyer was informed that his product would be shipped without paint due to inharent health problems with the builder at this time. Buyer agreed to be credited a refund for the paint and began agrueing that he didn't know he had to use tools to assemble the trike. This is two weeks after he had already recieved his engine. Buyer is upset because he didn't fully read and understand the terms of the sale and was unwilling to communicate proffesionally so I sent him his complete order as agreed. Buyer continues to complain about a missing seat in which he was sent. Buyer continues to make excusses for why he needs a refund and it is unclear as to his actual intentions in this matter. As for the "Vulgar Sharpie Illustration" I'm not sure what this is referring to. The trike was shipped with no paint and instructions on how to assemble. I believe to buyer is upset with buyers remorse and doesn't want to communicate in a proffesional manner with me so he is using various excuses as why he is not happy. Only In Jersey folks can you find people like this!!

The owner takes pride in the quality of his work and accommodates his customers anyway safe and with the most sincere considation on the market. You can't go wrong here. No delivery of purchased product. Was lead to believe 3-6 weeks delivery time, now going on 5 months.Based on companies website and FB page, delivery of product is 3-6 weeks. Once purchased, paid in full for product and 6 weeks have passed, contacted company only to be told it's a special product and can't get accurate delivery time. This has gone on for over 4 months. My purchase on make on XX-XX-XX and on X-XX-XX was informed that it should ship on 2-15, when followed up on 2-18 was just told it didn't ship but close, just like all the months before. I'm not an attorney, but feel this might fall in the deceptive trade practices. But before I went to an attorney, I thought I'd go through the Revdex.com for resolution. I just want what I purchased.It wouldn't be that big a deal but the company still tells it's new customers that it's 3-6 weeks delivery, false advertising, and if you complain on their [redacted] page, they ban you from comments so you cannot let others know of the true practices of the company.Desired SettlementI just want what I purchased and paid in full on 10-11-2015, shipped and delivered.[redacted]Business Response Buyer has been updated on his order status via personal email. Buyer has been given his shipping documentation for his product as of XX-XX-XX and has been informed of his current order status. Item has been shipped via Fastenal 3PL Shipment #NXXXXXXX. A copy of the PDF freight document was emailed to him on 2-11-16. The buyers order has been placed on hold until I can locate the shipment and resolve this misunderstanding. Buyer seems to be over reacting and spreading slanderous remarks via social media so he was banned from posting comments our business page. I am willing to work with every customer with their order fulfillment however we ask that you act like an adult and not a 50 yr old man-child. Consumer Response I was given a shipping form, it was incomplete, on 2-11, and was told it would get confirmation on 2-15 that it shipped. I contacted company 2-17 about confirmation, was told, quote "That's because I didn't get pics or ship it. You're on the carriers list for shipment however. I'm getting a trailer full of orders out at the moment." I have the complete email thread back to 10-11-15. in it, it states "Hi [redacted]. 3-4 weeks is the current wait time until its ready for shipment. If you have questions please call us XXX-XXX-XXXX. You'll get periodic updates as it moves through the production phases" on XX-XX-XX I check back in "I haven't seen any updates. Just checking on my trike." response "It's in the production phase still. I'm getting 5 per week in now", I respond, "Ok, thanks. Any estimate on shipping date?", response "About 10 days. Shouldnt be much longer." So on 11-11 I ask, "Checking back in. Seeing when my trike will ship?", response on 11-16 - "When it does ship you'll receive an email. You are not the only order we have processing and these are not imported from China. Each one is hand made to order. Im going to ask that you stop posting drama on my page please. I can just as easily refund you for your purchase and send you to [redacted] to pay twice as much. I only ask that you remain patient. I receive about 50 emails, 15 texts, and 20-30 phone calls a day. I do my best to get back to everyone in a timely manner."So I did start make comments on his social media page about the delays in shipments, that it's not 3-6 weeks like website and he stated on [redacted] it's more the 3-6 months time frame as I'm witnessing. So I was banned from making comments on his ** page.This run around has been going on, as you can see, for a while.Here is the email response from today regarding the Revdex.com complaint.Company initial email this morning "You can stop playing games [redacted]. Take your [redacted] garbage down or I'm selling your Trike to someone else.", my response - "can you stop playing games and be honest and let all of your customers that it takes 4-6 months to get your product.since you seem to ban anyone from saying negative things on your ** page, now you threaten because of a Revdex.com complaint. I will take the [redacted] down, once I receive my trike I ordered over 4 months ago, or get full refund of my money. Or the next response will be from my attorney. This is my demand letter.", response - "I only ban folks such as yourself who cannot be appropriate with social media. 1 out of every 10 people behave like children. I've already sent you the shipment documents. Obviously the Trike is coming or I wouldn't waist my time responding to you via email. Bottom line is your Trike is shipping. Because of your control issues you are up in arms. That's fine, you're excited. You feel like you have no recourse. I get it. I have the right to refuse service the same as you have the right to fair trade. I'm not denying you a product. I'm simply asking you to act like an adult. So. I'm placing your order on hold until you take down the [redacted] rating.", my response; "Like I said, it will be taken down, once the product is received - not shipped or full refund is deposited back into my credit card. When your website and ** page continually states that it take 3-6 weeks for shipment and you collect your money all up front then expect paying customers to just sit back and take what your give them. This I believe does fall close is not right in the middle of Deceptive Trade Practices. And because you try to bully any negative comments, so it won't hurt your business is [redacted], the truth hurts. I'm simply asking you to man up and deliver what you promise. I am not threatened by a bully and still have further recourse.", final response from company; "Sounds good. Your order has been placed on hold."This only covers the 1st and last correspondence, there is more, not sure if there is room.So, I want to thank the Revdex.com for all their assistance in this matter. It is greatly appreciated.Final Business Response Your order is currently on hold while we locate it. Not sure who's bullying who here with social media. Spreading slander and writing negative reviews when you are in 100% contact with the company is bullying. 30 business days is clearly posted in multiple places on our website and social media presence and is for the base model trikes not custom builds such as yours. You ordered a top end custom fabricated adult bigwheel with every available custom option. The amount of time required to build your product will take longer than quoted. You were well informed of the process along the way. Even after your product has shipped you continue to bully us with slander. I think it's best if we just re-route your shipment back to our facility and refund your purchase less any fees as agreed in the terms of sale. Please call us to resolve. Thank you.
