Review: I prepaid for a class scheduled at the end of August the owner of the company rescheduled the class to the end of September and neglected to Inform me the class would be held at a different location. I showed up to the original location and seeing there was not a class being held there I called the owner of the business and left a message which was returned 2 hours later. He informed me I should have known where the class was and wanted to reschedule me again. I asked for a refund and he agreed only to continue to tell me this was my fault and he should not have to give me a refund because it was not his error. He proceeded to argue with me on the phone for 5 minutes before finally saying no refund will be issued but I could reschedule again to take the class. There are no terms and conditions listed on the owners website for pre-paid classes. The owner of this company is refusing to refund me for services I have not received.Desired Settlement: $199.00 refund
