DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ,, VERY CAREFUL ,There are many other good companies out there you can Trust, Tri eagle is a scam I think , Please read you know why I think this way..
I did register with Tri Eagle energy on Jan 15,2019 around 12 pm They asked for $225 deposit .and I send it to them immediately. unfortunately I Had to cancel and I called at 3:30 Pm on same day ( talked with Anna Id 3036). and told her I have to CANCEL my registration, she professionally told me the cancellation went through and most likely my deposit will go back immediately ! because it is only 3-4 hours between the registration and cancellation time .

15 days later( Jan 31st ) taked with customer support and then their supervisor Mr Walter asking about my money and the process of refund , he promised I will receive it in 5-7 days in the form of check and asked my new address .
Mar. 5th. I find out they have not refund ,nor send me back my money. I chat with Mr. Alex Id# 2364, he said it should take 6 weeks. and they will call me back soon too . today is Mar. 17 and I haven't receive anything yet!
I am being very patient past 2 months , but this is consider fraud to me now .No one called ,care or apology. easily they charge me $225 as deposit for service which I never used or even enrolled (because I canceled 3 hours after enrollment) they stole my money.
any Legit company refund your Money max in 48 hours and this is more than 2 months now .l

I was paying around 180 a month for using around 1400 kilowatts with TXU. I called Tri Eagle and asked them how much I would pay if I used 1400 kilowatts with them and they quoted me 120. I switched back in April, and have never looked back. Should have shopped around a lot sooner.
