Review: We had a water leak which increased our water bill for the month of January and February. The total charges for both months were 696.82. The water company adjusted the bill with 194.93 leaving the total 501.89. Tricon is supposed to pay the rest of the charges from the leakage. Our average bill a month is $86.00. We had to pay $243.25 out of pocket in the month of February so our water would not be shut off. Tricon said they only want to pay the remaining 258.63. 243.25 minus the average bill for us times 2 would be 243.25-172=$71.25 and that is what they should credit our account. The lady I spoke with is slightly confused and thinks March was apart of the billing and everything is even, but that is not the case we have a whole other bill for March.Desired Settlement: We wish they would credit us another 71.25.

We are in the process of accessing the difference and re-calculating as it appears the sewer is included not just water. We were waiting for one of the bill breakdowns and now have it. We will be responding to [redacted] soon.
