I didn't like the product as I experienced a burning sensation on my scalp. Since the company offers a 90-day, 100% refund, I contacted them by email. They emailed me return instructions and I sent all 6 bottles back to them. Postage to return was nearly $12.00. They received the package. I had to follow-up for the whereabouts of my $144.00 refund. Took their time answering; told me they couldn't refund to the credit card I used to purchase due to a "system error". They would however, credit a PayPal account if I had one, if I would supply the email address I use with PayPal. I did, and told them I would not supply any other sensitive information. And if unable to do an electronic refund, mail me a check or money order. I have since followed up a few times, and now, they're not even answering my emails. I filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's Office. I hope by doing this, I'll get my refund. Wish I had check reviews of this company before ordering. Whatever you do DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...YOU'LL BE SORRY YOU DID!

This company offers their product at a great special rate of $24 for 6 bottles. They try to not to accept your 'No' answer to the upgrade offer. By the time the system moves on they have already charged your card $144. I immediately requested a refund. Wouldn't you know it? There is no customer service phone number offered. They send a generic receipt to your email. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.
