Increased rates during Covid. Wouldn't allow a refund or any flexibility with current membership. Had a 327.70 credit for paid but unused membership. They decided to increase the rates and turn my credit into $290. Karen told me I was to use my classes by a specific time or I would forfeit my membership. There was zero flexibility to use it, I'm a single mom (not working due to Covid) I cannot bring my daughter to the studio due to Covid which I understand, although zero flexibility as to when I can use the credit so no choice but to forfeit. I asked for a refund they said no they were growing and continuing to grow and couldn't afford to give me a refund.
Karen was extremely uncooperative, with zero flexibility or compassion.
