We paid the Owner, *** in full for completion of the job as per the total on the invoice. We have since been contacted by a Subcontractor he used letting us know that they weren't paid for the work they did on our basement. They have been trying to collect the money from *** but he will not pay them. They have let us know they will put a mechanics lien on our house to collect payment. We do not want to be responsible for the business's unpaid bills. We would like the Revdex.com to contact this business and urge them to make payment to the subcontractor for work performed.

did a sloppy and shoddy job of remodeling our bathrooms and needs to be held accountable. He has not honored his 1-year warranty. His painting was sloppy and the grout work was even worse. He broke a toilet while re-installing it and after we bought a new one, his faulty installation led to leaking into the ceiling, causing discoloration. He came out that day, saw it, said he'd repair it and never did. We paid someone else to reinstall the toilet and repair the ceiling. His work on the shower-tub was even worse. The shower handle won't turn, so we get no hot water. Worse, the faucet leaks when turned on, and, you as guessed it, went through the ceiling below. Now, we have to get a new faucet, tear out tiling and fix ceiling again. He was supposed to come out at least four different times in past two weeks but never showed, offering all kinds of excuses. He said in March this project would take 7-10 days but it stretched into months because it always seemed like other jobs took priority. Enough is enough!
