I am rejecting this response because:We have not had our trash picked up in two weeks. We have attempted to contact the office per the literature and no one will return our repeated calls.I would like to have my trash picked up.

The refund has been entered into our accounting software and will be processed in the order received.
In review of the account, the account has been cancelled, a work order has been issued to collect the container, and refund request has been generated.
Notes on the account show the account has been cancelled, can is scheduled to be picked up and funds refunded.

We have instructed our staff to cancel the account per the customer's request and issue a refund for the payment made on the account.

Mr. [redacted] had multiple account so we’ve issued one refund in January from December and now we have one with a March date that is in process.

I am rejecting this response because:They did not address the issue. Either they start picking up the trash as they agreed to do or they give us a complete refund. Apologizing doesn't make it so. They have set it up where the customer can not contact them to let them know there is a problem. They are not even making an effort to work with their customers.
