During the due diligence period of my real estate journey this company went above and beyond to help my familyMy husband and I worked with two chimney companies...which turned into a fiasco! Both companies stated something entirely differentAfter much debate we called a third company (triangle pros)They understood time was of the essence and provided immediate service Their inspection process was completely different from the previous two companiesThey were thorough and conciseNot only did they tell me what was wrong with the systemthey provided a report with photograph's and a video (which in our situation was much needed)Two weeks after we moved into our home, Triangle pros performed the necessary chimney repairsThey over exceeded my expectationsThis company was perfect from scheduling the initial appointment to completing repairsThe owner of the company called me himself to make sure we were happy with the workGreat company

Company ignores my requests after paying them. They won't even provide a receipt.Had Triangle chimney come and clean my chimney. They took pics and said they need to do repairs. They recommended $2K worth of work and even buying a new insert. They said they would provide pics and receipt via the internet 'in a few days' but after a week with no contact I emailed them asking for the information. No response. I feel they tried to upsell me and am filing a complaint because they won't even follow up after I paid them $80 to upsell me!Desired SettlementI want everything I paid for. Give me the pics, the receipt, and the recommendations. Is that too much to ask for the $80 check I wrote you? A few days ago I received what they owed me, so you can mark it resolved.
