Review: I have given $2750 to TRIAKsports Inc. as a deposit for the purchase of a TRIAK model S2 sailing kayak. Mr. [redacted] (president and owner of TRIAK) and Ms. [redacted] (sales representative) have acknowledged receipt of an initial deposit of $250 and a second deposit of $2500 with the promise of the delivery of a boat by the end of April 2015. Since collection of the second deposit, no one at TRIAKsports will respond to repeated calls and emails. At the last contact, Mr. [redacted] promised a complete refund, and since the company refuses to contact me, I want a complete refund of the deposit.Desired Settlement: Return of $2750 given to TRIAKsports Inc. as a deposit for the purchase of the TRIAK model S2 sailing kayak
