Triad Tree & Stump Removal

Not even worth 1 star. Paid a small amount up front (stupidly, on my part) and they never showed up. Texted me for about a week saying they were on their way and never showed and never did the job. I have left reviews all over for these Sexton brothers as they keep managing to open up again under a different company name.

Contracted to have 3 trees removed. Paid a deposit up front. Workers arrived and did 50% of one tree. Were scheduled to return the next day to finish. Had a COVID-19 social-distancing veterinarian appointment that day they were scheduled to complete job and knew the appointment would probably take the majority of the day. Made the mistake of paying for the job the day they were here (Father's Day, June 21st) and haven't seen them since. Have been told at least six times "we'll be there tomorrow to finish". A LIE. Had an attorney contact them and again, "we'll be there tomorrow to finish the job". A LIE. Tired of being lied to and stolen from. Taking legal action. Avoid these people.
