Review: Triad Home Pro gave me a written quote to brick in the bottom of my garage, I accepted this quote and paid him $2700. They changed their mind, and without notifying me, used metal flashing on the bottom of my garage instead of brick. I was assured that this was a better solution and guaranteed that it would last 25 years. Three months later my garage is leaking again. I've tried calling them and texting them several times over the past two months but can't get anyone to fix the issue.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $2700 back so I can use that money to hire another contractor to fix the garage properly
